Iristel’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is a state of the art facility monitored 24/7 by dedicated, professional and highly capable technical personnel. NOC is responsible for monitoring the network for alarms or certain conditions that may require special attention to avoid impact on the network’s performance.
NOC analyzes problems, performs troubleshooting, communicates with site technicians and other NOCs, and track problems through resolution. If necessary, NOC will escalate the problems to the appropriate personnel, so if an issue is not resolved in a specific time frame, the next level is informed to speed up problem remediation.

Internet telephony servers link IP networks with the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), lowering long distance costs and providing a wealth of enhanced services. These Internet telephony servers are based on a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) platform and are compatible with leading industry standards.
