Voice Solutions
VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol (known also as Voice over IP). This simply means that phone service is carried through an Internet connection. The quality is as good as or better than traditional phone providers and users can enjoy much more advanced features and technology.
Iristel has created different Calling Plans, to insure that every customer is receiving a customized service. Each calling plan gives you an Iristel number for free and requires NO activation fee, NO hidden charges and NO contract at Exceptionally Low World Rates.
Get unlimited international calls within the Iristel Network. Bring your current phone number to the Iristel Network using the Local Number Portability service. Your service comes with Free Visual Call Display, Free Caller ID and Free Caller ID Blocking for your privacy. For your comfort each month, we will send the invoice directly to your personal e-mail account.

Can I give up my normal phone line if I sign up for VoIP?
As a primary service provider, Iristel enables a smooth transition process for its subscribers. To that end, customers can transfer their existing phone number to the Iristel network. By connecting Iristel’s Broadfone Gateway to the nearest telephone jack subscribers are not changing anything in the way that they are accustomed to communicating. They can:
- Continue to use all of the phones around the home
- Use a free telephone jack for fax transmissions
- Include their number with the standard directory listings
- Access 911 service
